Summer Fish Chowder Recipe
Ingredients

| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Cod fillets package | 1 , frozen | |
| Frozen peas package | 1 | |
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme leaf | 1/4 Teaspoon, crumbled | |
| Lobster meat | 1 Can (10oz) | |

Directions
1 Saute onion in butter or margarine until soft in a kettle; add frozen cod, peas, water, salt, pepper and thyme; cover. Heat to boiling, then simmer, breaking cod into large flakes as it thaws, 15 minutes.
