Summer Crepes Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cantaloupe, finely sliced
1/2 honeydew melon, finely sliced
8 crepes
1 cup honey
2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
Ground cinnamon
Melon balls
Directions
Divide sliced cantaloupe and honeydew melon among crepes.
Drizzle honey over fruit.
Sprinkle with ginger.
Fold crepes.
Dust with cinnamon.
Garnish with melon balls, shaped with a melon bailer.
