Summer Corn Relish Recipe
Ingredients

| Vinegar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Celery seed | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Turmeric | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Tomato | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Cucumber | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 2 cups corn, cut from cob | ||
| Cabbage | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
In large Dutch oven combine sugar, vinegar, salt, celery seed, and turmeric.
Heat to boiling; add remaining ingredients.
Cook, uncovered, 25 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Pack in hot, scalded jars; seal.
