Summer Corn Relish Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups sugar
2 cups vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons celery seed
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
2 cups chopped onion
2 cups chopped tomato
2 cups chopped cucumber
2 cups corn, cut from cob
2 cups chopped cabbage
Directions
In Dutch oven, combine first 4 ingredients and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt.
Heat to boiling; add vegetables.
Cook, uncovered, 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pack in hot, scalded jars and seal.
