4 oz. ground cooked chicken

2 tsp margarine, softened

1/4 tsp dry mustard

1/2 tsp meat tenderizer

1/2 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

1/4 in. cucumber slices

Combine chicken, margarine, dry mustard, meat tenderizer, salt, and pepper.
Mix thoroughly.
Chill.
