Sukiyaki Style Ground Beef Recipe

Directions
Slice the onion thin and saute in the salad oil in a large frying pan until soft.
Add the ground beef and saute for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring with a fork to separate.
Cut the celery, mushrooms and beans into thin slices and add with the bamboo shoots, sugar, soy sauce, bouillon cube and 1/2 cup water to the hamburger mixture.
Stir to mix, then cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Clean and remove stems from the spinach and arrange on top of the hamburger mixture.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes longer or until the spinach wilts and vegetables are crisp tender.
Serve with seasoned rice.
