Ingredients

 Raw spinach leaves - 1/2 cup, coarsely broken up
 Other salad greens - 1/2 cup, broken into small pieces
 Bean sprouts1/2 Cup (16 tbs), drained
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 Water chestnuts1/4 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 Raw mushrooms - 1/2 cup, thinly sliced, lengthwise
 Green pepper1/2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 Cabbage - 1/2 cup, thinly, sliced
 Watercress1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
2) In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and garlic to taste with 1/2 cup of your favorite French dressing. Blend well.

SERVING
3) Pour the dressing on top of the salad and thoroughly toss before serving.
