Ingredients

 Beef - 1 pound, round steak, thinly sliced across grain
 Crisco1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Celery - 2 cups , cut in 1-inch pieces
 Spinach2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onions2
 Green onions1 Bunch (100gm)
 Mushrooms8 Ounce, sliced
 Bamboo shoots2 Can (10oz)
 Beef boullion cube - 1
 Hot water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Soy sauce1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1 In a large skillet or Dutch oven, heat Crisco
2 Add in beef and cook until tender but not browned.
3 Add celery, spinach, onions, mushrooms, and bamboo shoots.
4 Cook, covered for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5 In a bowl, dissolve boullion cube in the hot water.
6 Mix with soya sauce and sugar.
7 Stir into the meat mixture.
8 Cook for another 15 minutes.

SERVING
9 Excellent with hot cooked rice.
