Sukiyaki With Cabbage Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 teaspoons instant beef bouillon | ||
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sirloin steak | 1 1/2 pound, thinly sliced | |
| 2 stems celery, sliced | ||
| 1 bunch green onions, 1-inch pieces | ||
| Chopped | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 3 cups coarsely shredded Chinese cabbage | ||
| 3 onions, halved and quartered | ||
| Green pepper | 1 To taste, cut in to chunks | |
| Bamboo shoots | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
Directions
Combine instant beef bouillon and water in 1-cup measure.
Set aside.
Preheat browning dish 5 MINUTES on HIGH.
Add oil.
Brown beef in oil 5 to 7 MINUTES on HIGH.
Stir after 3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients to beef.
Pour bouillon over mixture.
Stir.
MICROWAVE 12 MINUTES on HIGH.
Set aside.
