Ingredients

 2 teaspoons instant beef bouillon
 Water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Oil1 Tablespoon
 Sirloin steak1 1/2 pound, thinly sliced
 2 stems celery, sliced
 1 bunch green onions, 1-inch pieces
 Chopped1 Tablespoon
 3 cups coarsely shredded Chinese cabbage
 3 onions, halved and quartered
 Green pepper1 To taste, cut in to chunks
 Bamboo shoots1 Can (10oz), drained

Directions

Combine instant beef bouillon and water in 1-cup measure.
Set aside.
Preheat browning dish 5 MINUTES on HIGH.
Add oil.
Brown beef in oil 5 to 7 MINUTES on HIGH.
Stir after 3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients to beef.
Pour bouillon over mixture.
Stir.
MICROWAVE 12 MINUTES on HIGH.
