Sukiyaki Recipe
Sukiyaki is a Japanese cuisine. Sukiyaki gets its taste from beef mixed with veal and vegetables, flavored with sherry. Sukiyaki is inspired by many restaurants across the world.
Ingredients
| 3/4 Ib. beef tenderloin or sirloin | ||

| Broth | 8 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Pepper | 1 | |
| Soy sauce | ||
| Sugar | ||
| Sherry | ||
| 2 Ibs. vegetables | ||
| Egg yolks | 4 | |
| Tomato ketchup | ||
| Mayonnaise sauces, mixed pickles, and small onions | ||
Directions
Cut meat into 1/8 inch (3 millimeter) slices and arrange on serving plates.
Pour broth into fondue pot and season to taste with salt, pepper, soy sauce, sugar and sherry.
Place on an alcohol burner at the table Prepare and cut vegetables.
Add part or all of the vegetables to the broth.
