 Prawns250 Gram, shelled and deveined
 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Garlic5 Small, chopped finely
For marination
 Salt To Taste
 Garlic paste1 Teaspoon
 Green chilly paste1 Teaspoon
 Coriander paste1 Teaspoon
 Red chilly powder1 Teaspoon
 Turmeric powder1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Tamarind pulp2 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1)Marinate prawns with green chilly paste,coriander paste,garlic paste,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,tamarind pulp and salt.Keep it aside for an hour.

MAKING
2)Heat oil in a pan add garlic and red chilly powder then add the marinated prawns.
3)Fry till they lose their translucency but remain crunchy,for about 4 to 5 minutes.

SERVING
4)Serve it hot with schezwan sauce.
