Directions

In a pan, heat sugar and water in medium flame
Slowly bring to boil and remove from heat
Take another pan and heat ghee. Stir in suji, raisins and cardamom powder and fry until the color changes to golden brown.
Mix in sugar syrup, stirring thoroughly to prevent the suji from making lumps
Cook until the water is completely drained.
Sprinkle almond slices and serve hot
