Suji Ka Halwa Recipe
Ingredients
| Suji | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Besan | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 6 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Good ghee : 1/2 cup | ||
| Cardamoms : 6 crushed | ||
| Almond slivers : 2 tbsp | ||
| Kishmish | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Silver leaf : 6 | ||
| Pistachio slivers : 1 Tsp | ||
Directions
3. In a heavy bottomed kadai heat the ghee and put in the suji and besan.
4. Fry on a slow fire till the suji turns a golden brown.
5. In a degchi boil water, sugar and cardamoms, till of one-thread consistency.
6. Add to the fried suji, slowly stirring all the time till well blended.
7. Add half the fruit and mix.
