Sugarless Jam Recipe
Ingredients
| Fruits, chopped, 500 gms. | ||
| Synthetic sweetening, 15 to 20 tablets | ||
| Hot water | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Gelatine | 15 Gram | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Potassium meta bisulphite, 1/2 gm. | ||
Directions
Simmer fruits with a little water until soft.
Crush tablets and dissolve in hot water.
Add to hot but not boiling fruits.
Soak gelatine in two tablespoons water for five minutes.
Warm up a little to dissolve gelatine.
Add gelatine to fruit mixture.
Dissolve preservative in a small quantity of jam and mix with the rest.
Mix well.
Pour jam into sterilized jars with firmly fitting tops.
Seal.
Keep in a cool, dry place.
