Sugared Pecans Recipe
No one can eat just one is my claim for this recipe of Sugared Pecans. It is the one Diabetic dish that most of the nutritionists swear by. The primary ingredient in Sugared Pecans is always Nuts. Pamper everyone with Sugared Pecans as Dessert. In my view, to call yourself a chef, you need to have a personal recipe of Sugared Pecans, just like I do.
Ingredients
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup granulated sugar replacement
1/4 cup granulated brown sugar replacement
1 cup pecan halves
Directions
Combine water and sugar replacements in saucepan, stirring to dissolve.
Bring to boil, and boil for 3 minutes.
Stir in pecans until completely coated; remove pan from heat.
Allow pecans to rest in sugar water for 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove with slotted spoon and cool completely.
