Ingredients

 
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
 
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
 
1/4 pound small fresh Sugar Snap peas
 
1 medium carrot, cut into 1 1/4-inch thin julienne strips

Directions

Combine cream cheese and horseradish, mixing well; set aside.
Trim ends from peas.
Using a sharp knife, carefully slit inside curve of each pea pod.
Spoon cream cheese mixture into a small decorating bag fitted with a tip.
Pipe cream cheese mixture into each pod.
Place one strip of carrot on filling.
Cover and chill.
