Recipe Story

This is a receipe that I came up with this summer and tried out on my Grill outside with Shrimp. The blending of sugar and BBQ Sauce brings a whole new flavor and punch to foods. With the results were so well received that I tried it out with chicken and received the same great result.

Ingredients

2-3 Cups of Sugar

1 lbs of Chicken (cubed into 1 inch cubes)

2-3 Cups BBQ Sauce (perferably homemade).

Bamboo Skewers

Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the grill at 350 degrees F.

MAKING
2 Make sure that the chicken is cubed into roughly 1 inch pieces.
3 Dredge the chicken in the sugar ensuring that the chicken is fully and evenly coated.
4 Arrange the chicken cubes on bamboo skewers.
5 Place the Chicken onto a Grill or on to a Flat Top at 350 F.
6 Spoon some BBQ Sauce onto the chicken.
7 Turn over once the chicken is half cooked.
8 Spoon some more BBQ Sauce on the chicken once flipped.

SERVING
9 Transfer the cooked skewers to a serving plate and pass the remaining BBQ sauce as a dip.
