Sugar Snap Peas with Mint and Butter Recipe
Ingredients
| Unsalted butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Mint | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Sugar snap peas | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a large skillet, melt butter over a low flame, add mint and mix the ingredients; set the skillet aside
2. In a large pot, bring lightly salted water to a boil, add peas and blanch till bright green and crisp tender; drain them away briskly
3. Add peas to the mint mixture and toss well; season with salt and pepper
SERVING
4. Serve at once
