3/4 pound Sugar Snap peas, trimmed and strings removed
1 tablespoon unsalted margarine
2 teaspoons snipped fresh chives or minced green onion
How to make Sugar Snap Peas With Chives
In a large saucepan, bring 4 cups water to a boil; add the peas, cover, and cook for 1 minute.Drain, transfer to a bowl, and set aside.
In the same saucepan, melt the margarine over moderate heat; add the peas and toss.
Stir in the chives and toss again.
