I made this Sugar Glazed Walnuts last weekend when I had some unexpected guests-visit; believe me, it was dead simple and was a great hit too. In fact, the blend of walnuts gives out a delightful aroma, which is sure to make a bland meal go ravishing and unforgettable!

Directions

In 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Microwave at high (10) 2 to 3 minutes; stir after 1 minute.
Add nuts and mix to coat.
Microwave at high (10) 3 to 5 minutes.
Spread onto wax paper and cool slightly.
Refrigerate in airtight container.
