Directions

1. Into large bowl, measure all ingredients. With mixer at low speed, beat ingredients until well blended, occasionally scraping bowl with rubber spatula. Shape dough into a ball; wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours, until easy to handle.
2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease large cookie sheet. On lightly floured surface with floured rolling pin, roll one-third of dough 1/4 inch thick, keeping remaining dough refrigerated. With floured 3 1/2-inch round fluted cookie cutter, cut dough into rounds. With pancake turner, place rounds, 1 inch apart, on cookie sheet.
3. Bake cookies 12 minutes or until lightly browned. With pancake turner, remove cookies to wire racks to cool completely. Repeat with remaining dough and trimmings. Store cookies in tightly covered container.
