Sugar Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup shortening (Crisco)
1 c cooking oil
2 eggs
Add:
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
4 cup plus 4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Directions
Combine together.
Roll into balls and press down with bottom of glass (dipped in sugar).
Bake at 375° for 8 minutes.
