Suet Pastry Recipe
Ingredients
| Flour | 225 Gram | |
| Baking powder | 15 Gram | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Suet | 100 Gram, shredded | |
| Water | 150 Milliliter |
Directions
Sieve the flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl.
Mix in the suet.
Make a well in the centre and add the water.
Mix lightly to a fairly stiff paste.
Use for dumplings, steak and kidney pudding and fruit puddings.
