| Protein powder | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (any flavor) | |
| Whole wheat flour | 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) | |
| Nuts | 2 Cup (32 tbs), finley chopped |

Directions
Add protein powder, flour, and nuts.
Mix well.
Roll to 1/4inch thickness.
Cut with a biscuit cutter.
Place on baking sheets, and bake in a 350° F.
For 10 to 12 minutes.
