Succotash Recipe
Ingredients
| Lima beans | 2 1/2 Pound, shelled | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 4-5 ears corn on cob, scraped | ||
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Drop lima beans in boiling water to cover.
Cook until tender, 10-15 minutes, depending on size.
Drain.
Return to pan.
Add milk, salt, pepper, and corn.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Add butter and stir well.
