Recipe Story

I have made this recipe ever since I have enjoyed making paneer. I have tried it with various combinations of vegetables. Works well with most of them. My favorite is the green pepper, beans and tomatoes. The latter is mostly for the color.

Ingredients

1 Packet raw paneer

1 bell pepper cut into thin strips

1 big beef tomato chopped into long strips

1 cup frozen flat beans

1 large onion thinely stripped

2 cloves garlic 2 inch ginger crushed

1 1/2 tbsp any vegetable masala mix

salt to taste.

Directions

Cube the paneer and saute to a light red in oil.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil and add the ginger-garlic. Add onions and let it become a little soft.
Add the green peppers and frozen beans. Cook, till a little soft.
Add the tomaotes and the masala. Cook well.
Try not to stir too much.
Add the paneer cubes. Blend in well. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with an Indian bread.
