6 pork loin or rib chops, 1 inch thick
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing
1 can (8 ounces) cream-style corn
Directions
Heat oven to 350°.
Arrange meat in ungreased baking dish, 131/2X9X2 inches.
Add the water and bake uncovered 45 minutes.
Cook and stir celery and onion in butter until tender; stir in stuffing and corn.
Spoon 1/3 cup stuffing onto each chop.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes longer.
Accompany with buttered spinach and Okra and Tomato Salad
