Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients
| Bread crumbs | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tablespoons melted butter or fortified margarine | ||
| 1 teaspoon minced onion Poultry seasoning | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Water or stock to moisten | ||
Directions
Brown the onion in melted fat, add the bread crumbs, seasoning, and water or stock.
Spread over the meat.
Roll, and tie securely.
Brown in fat in a heavy utensil.
Add water or stock and Vegetables.
Simmer gently on top of the stove for 1 1/2 hours or bake in a moderate oven (325° F ) for the same length of time.
