1.Set the oven to 370 degrees F.
2.Chop the celery and onions.
3.In a pan melt the butter and add celery and onions to it.
4.After the onions and celery are a little translucent add salt,herbs and pepper
5.In a separate container combine the bread cubes and add the onions and celery mixture to it.mix well
6.Transfer this to a greased baking dish, moisten with stock.
7.Bake uncovered in the oven, until golden brown.
8.Serve warm as a side dish with turkey.
