Stuffing Topped Halibut Recipe
Ingredients
| Soft bread crumbs | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup Squeeze Parkay Margarine | ||
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Sage | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 4 frozen halibut steaks, 3/4-inch thick (thawed) | ||
Directions
Combine crumbs, margarine, celery, onion and seasonings; mix well.
Place fish in 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish; top with crumbs mixture.
Bake at 350°F., 30-35 minutes or until crumbs mixture is golden brown and fish flakes easily with fork.
