Ingredients

 Butter/Margarine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mix1 Cup (16 tbs), seasoned
 Parsley flakes1/4 Cup (16 tbs), dried
 Paprika1/2 Teaspoon
 1/2 teaspoon leaf oregano
 Basil leaf1/8 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 2 1/2 to 3-lb. frying chicken, cut up

Directions

1. Place butter in 2-quart (12x7) glass baking dish.
2. Microwave on ROAST for about 1 1/2 minutes or until melted. Combine remaining ingredients, except chicken, in flat dish. Roll chicken pieces in melted butter, then in seasoned crumbs. Place chicken pieces, skin side down and thick edges toward outside, in buttered baking dish.
3. Microwave on HIGH for 12 minutes. Turn chick-ken over, and continue cooking on HIGH for 10 to
12 minutes or until chicken is fork tender. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
