Stuffed Zucchini Fingers Recipe
Ingredients
Zucchini 12 small
Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
Meat stuffing
Sauce
Directions
Hollow out zucchini with apple corer (if longer than 3 inches, cut into 3 inch lengths).
Stuff with meat mixture; saute in oil for 10 minutes, turning gently.
Place in shallow greased casserole, top with sauce, and bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
