Stuffed Steak Roast Recipe

Ingredients
2 Lb. Round Steak
1 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Pepper
2 Cups Seasoned Bread Crumbs
3 Tbs. Grated Onion
1 Tsp. Poultry Seasoning
1/3 Cup Milk
2 Tbs. Melted Butter
1 Egg, beaten
Directions
Season steak with salt and pepper.
Combine remaining ingredients, spread evenly over steak.
Roll as a jelly roll.
Tie with string, place open side down, uncovered in a roasting pan.
Roast at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender.
Baste with steak or bacon drippings.
