Stuffed Squash Recipe
Ingredients
| Squash | 8 | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
| Chicken livers | 4 , cooked | |
| Bacon Slices | 4 , broiled | |
| 1 can cream of mushroom soup | ||
| Bread crumbs | 2 Cup (16 tbs), buttered | |
Directions
Halve squash; scoop out seed.
Cook in small amount of water for 10 minutes; drain.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Mince chicken livers; crumble bacon.
Combine chicken livers, bacon and mushroom soup.
Fill squash cavities.
Top with bread crumbs; place in shallow pan with water to cover bottom.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until bread crumbs are brown.
