Stuffed Spiced Peach Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1 jar spiced peaches
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 pkg. lime gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
Lemon and orange juice
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
Directions
Drain peaches, reserving juice; add enough water to make 2 cups liquid.
Dissolve gela tins in boiling water; add juice.
Chill until thickened.
Soften cream cheese with orange and lemon juice.
Add pecans.
Take seed out of each peach and stuff with cream cheese mix ture.
Pour thickened gelatin into individual molds.
Add a stuffed peach to each mold.
Serve on lettuce; garnish with sprig of mint and cream cheese dressing.
