Stuffed Sole Recipe
Try this delicious version of Stuffed Sole recipe. I am sure, once you taste this deadly combination of sole, crabs and herbs, you'll always love to share it with your friends and family!
Ingredients
2 Tbs. Butter
1/2 Tsp. Seasoned Salt
1 Tsp. Lemon Juice
1/4 Tsp. Horseradish
5 Drops Tabasco Sauce
1/3 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Can Crab OR 1/2 Lb. Fresh Crab
4 Fillet of Sole
Directions
Melt butter; add salt, lemon juice, Tabasco and horseradish.
Blend in cream.
Bring to a boil; cook and stir.
Remove from heatadd crab.
Butter a baking dish; layer fillet of sole, then crab mixture.
Top with sole.
Pour topping of parsley, melted butter and lemon over fish.
Refrigerate before cooking.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
