Stuffed Small Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomatoes | 24 Small | |
| 6 ozs. cream cheese | ||
| Cottage cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mixed herbs | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Stuffed olives | 24 | |
Directions
1 Wash and dry the tomatoes. Cut a slice from the base of the tomatoes opposite the stalk end and carefully hollow out the tomatoes with a little spoon.
2 Mix the cheeses and mixed herbs together and fill the tomatoes with them.
3 Decorate each with an olive and chill in the refrigerator until served.
