Ingredients

 Large shell macaroni16 Ounce
 Ground sirloin3 1⁄2 Pound
 Onion1 Medium, chopped
 Green bell pepper1⁄4 , chopped
 Minced garlic1 Tablespoon
 Cream cheese24 Ounce, softened
 Parmesan cheese1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Pasta sauce26 Ounce (Use The Traditional Variety, 1 Jar)
 Shredded provolone cheese/Shredded mozzarella cheese1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

Prepare the macaroni using the package directions; drain.
Rinse in cold water.
Brown the ground sirloin with the onion, bell pepper and garlic in a skillet, stirring until beef is crumbly; drain well.
Combine the ground beef mixture, cream cheese and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl; mix with the hands until well combined.
Spread 3/4 to 1 cup of the pasta sauce in an llxl5 inch baking dish sprayed lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
Fill the shells with the ground beef mixture, 1 shell at a time.
Arrange the stuffed shells in the baking dish until dish is full.
Pour the remaining pasta sauce over the stuffed shells.
Sprinkle with the provolone.
Cover tightly with foil or a lid.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until bubbly.
Let stand for 5 minutes or so before serving.
