Stuffed Sausages Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound fresh sausage links
4 tablespoons chutney
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup almonds, chopped
Directions
Preheat browning grill in oven on highest setting.
Place sausages on grill and cook on highest setting for 8 minutes.
Turn sausage over halfway through cooking.
Drain off fat and cool.
Chop any large pieces of chutney.
Work chutney into butter.
Cut a slit down the side of the sausage from end to end and .open like a book.
Spoon in a little chutney stuffing, partly close sausage, and dip the stuffed side into a saucer of almonds.
Ar range on a dish and serve cold.
