Stuffed Rib Roast Recipe
This Stuffed Rib Roast is one of the tastiest recipes I’ve ever made in a long time. The dish makes a good Main Dish for most meals. Beef is the main ingredient in this yummy Main Dish but you can just as easily substitute it with chicken or pork. The simple recipe means that you can cook it at any time too.

Ingredients
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Clove of garlic - 1, minced | ||
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Soft bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Rolled rib roast - 1 3 to 4-lb | ||
| Mushrooms - 1 3-oz. can, sliced | ||
| Stuffed green olives - 2 tbsp. chopped | ||
| American Cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven
MAKING
2. In a large bowl, mix the onion, garlic, brown sugar, salt, pepper, mustard, 1/4 cup water, and Worcestershire sauce and bread crumbs. Unroll roast and spread this mixture over the meat.
3. Drain mushrooms; sprinkle mushrooms, olives and cheese over bread mixture. Roll roast up; tie securely. Fasten ends with skewers.
4. Place on rack in shallow baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees to desired doneness.

5. Slice and serve hot
