Stuffed Prune Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 18 cooked prunes | ||
| Package cream cheese | 1 3 Ounce | |
| Orange peel | 1/4 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Orange juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Pineapple slices | 6 , drained | |
| Flaked coconut | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| French dressing | ||
Directions
Drain prunes.
Slit down 1 side; remove pit.
Soften cheese; blend in orange peel and juice.
Fill prunes with cheese mixture.
Arrange pineapple slices and prunes on lettuce; sprinkle with coconut.
Serve with French dressing.
