Ingredients

 6 rib pork chops,
 3/4 inch or more thick
 Soft bread crumbs1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Celery1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, Milk to moisten
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Paprika1/8 Teaspoon
 1/4 cup milk or sour cream

Directions

Wipe chops with damp cloth, remove bones and trim off excess fat.
Prepare dressing by combining remaining ingredients except 1/4 cup milk.
Cut large gash or pocket in side of each chop, and fill with dressing.
Sew chops up with coarse needle and thread.
Sear in hot skillet; transfer to baking pan.
Cover bottom of pan with 1/4 cup milk.
Cover pan, and bake chops at 350°F.until tender—about 1 hour.
