Stuffed Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 rib pork chops, | ||
| 3/4 inch or more thick | ||
| Soft bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, Milk to moisten | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 cup milk or sour cream | ||
Directions
Wipe chops with damp cloth, remove bones and trim off excess fat.
Prepare dressing by combining remaining ingredients except 1/4 cup milk.
Cut large gash or pocket in side of each chop, and fill with dressing.
Sew chops up with coarse needle and thread.
Sear in hot skillet; transfer to baking pan.
Cover bottom of pan with 1/4 cup milk.
Cover pan, and bake chops at 350°F.until tenderâ€â€about 1 hour.
