Stuffed Pork Chops Recipe
Stuffed Pork Chops is a delicious recipe which I always love to have. I bet, once you have this Stuffed Pork Chops, you will always crave for some more.
Ingredients
4 pork chops, 1 inch thick, cut with pocket
1 package pork flavored stuffing mix
1 1/2 cups apple juice
1/2 cup raisins
Salt and pepper
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Directions
To make a pocket in chop, cut a slit from outer edge to bone.
In large measuring cup, combine apple juice, raisins, and vegetable seasoning packet from stuffing mix.
Cook on high (9) for 3 to 4 minutes to bring to a boil.
Reduce power; continue to cook on medium (5) for 5 minutes.
Stir in crumb mix to moisten.
Loosely stuff each pocket with stuffing; secure with wooden toothpick.
Arrange chops in glass baking dish with meatiest portions toward the outer edge.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Spoon soup over chops.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap.
