Stuffed Pear Crumble Recipe

Drain pineapple chunks; save juice ; stuff pears with pineapple.
Blend zwieback crumbs, brown sugar, lemon peel, salt, nutmeg and melted butter or margarine in small bowl; sprinkle over and around pears.
Pour a little pineapple juice over crumbs; cover pan with foil.
Bake in moderate oven (350Â°) for 15 minutes; remove foil; continue baking for 15 minutes, or until crumb topping is toasty brown.
Mash cream cheese with milk in small bowl; beat until smooth; serve over warm pears.
