Carrot & Walnuts Stuffed Onions Recipe

 Onions4 Large
 Walnuts2 Ounce, chopped
 Cheese3 Ounce, grated
 Carrot4 Ounce, grated
 Cream4 Tablespoon
 Salt and pepper1

Directions

Boil the onions in salted water for 3/4 hour then scoop out the centres.
Chop the onion centres and mix with the rest of the ingredients and fill the onion shells with this mixture.
Sprinkle with a little of the grated cheese and bake in a moderate oven for 15 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
