Pork Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients
15 to 20 large mushrooms
1 pound hot bulk pork sausage
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
Directions
Remove and chop the mushroom stems and hollow out the caps.
Brown the sausage in a skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain.
Saute the chopped mushroom stems in the skillet with the browned sausage for a few minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the sausage mixture and cream cheese in a large bowl; mix well.
Fill the hollow mushroom caps with the sausage mixture and arrange on an ungreased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and browned.
