Baked Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe Video

Chef Eric Reinert will share a very inexpensive and delicious recipe, Stuffed Mushrooms. When you are running tight on your budget, make Stuffed Mushrooms. Its super duper easy to make and looks gorgeous. All I can say is this is a fantastic low budget dish.

Ingredients

 
12 Large Mushrooms
 
6-7 Pieces of Chopped Bacon
 
4.25 oz. Chopped Black Olives
 
6 oz. Cream Cheese

Directions

Separate the stem of the mushrooms, wash them and chop them finely.
Take cream cheese in a bowl. Loosen up the cheese by keeping in microwave for 20-25 sec.
Throw in chopped bacon, mushroom stem chopped and Olives. Mix them perfectly.
Coat a cooking plate with a little olive oil.
Stuff the mushroom with cream mix.
Bake it in the oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
