Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 pound medium size mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
1 hard cooked egg, finely chopped
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
Directions
Clean mushrooms and snap stems from caps.
Dice stems and put caps aside.
In glass casserole, cook butter on roast (7) for 1 1/2 minutes or until melted.
Add diced stems and onion.
Cook on high (9) for 2 minutes or until both are tender.
Drain any liquid accumulated.
Mix in finely chopped egg and parsley flakes.
In glass baking dish, cover and cook mushroom caps on high (9) for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.
Generously stuff each cooked mushroom cap with diced mixture.
To reheat, cook covered on high (9) for 2 minutes.
