Stuffed Mushroom Crowns Recipe

Ingredients

 
2 6-oz. cans mushroom crowns
 
1 3-oz. package cream cheese
 
2, tablespoons diced toasted almonds
 
2/3 cup leftover duck or chicken
 
1/2 teaspoon onion juice
 
2 teaspoons lemon juice
 
1/8 teaspoon salt
 
Dash pepper and paprika

Directions

Drain mushrooms, reserving the broth for other use.
Remove stems with a sharp knife.
Chop the stems finely.
Soften the cream cheese at room temperature.
Add the mushroom stems and all remaining ingredients.
Combine well and heap the mix- ture in the hollow center of each mushroom crown.
Dust lightly with paprika.
