Ingredients

 
2 medium size potato(boil and fine chopped)
 
8 large jalapeno chilly
 
1/2 each red,yellow,green bell-paper small dices.
 
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
 
1 teaspoon red chili powder
 
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
 
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
 
1/2 teaspoon chat masala
 
1 teaspoon mustered seeds
 
1/4 tea sp. seasom seeds
 
1/4 tea spoon creamed yghurt
 
2 spricks fresh corriender,cilentro
 
2 tablespoons oil
 
salt to taste

Directions

Heat oil in a pan.add mustered seeds,cook till pop-up
add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes, until turn brown
add chopped potato and,all bell .
add the spices,mix well,check the seasoning
Cook on low heat for 8-10 minutes.
cut top of jalapeno and de-seeds to make space for stuffing.
stuffed the same with the above prepared mixture.
cook stuffed jalapeno in oven for 3-4 minutes till cook
garnish with seasom seeds and creamed yoghurt
served on platter with main food.
